Here are the numbers.
Five things, five prices, no discounts on any of them. If a page makes you fill in a form to learn what something costs, the answer is usually "more than you expected".
The free consultation
Ask before you spend anything.
ONE REPLY FROM A PERSON · NO SEQUENCE
- No agenda, no deck, nothing scheduled afterwards
- I answer the thing you actually asked
- “You don’t need any of this” is one of the answers
- The 17-check scan is free too, and asks for no email
A landing page
One page, built properly, live and yours.
ONCE · DAYS, NOT WEEKS
- Designed and written for what you actually sell
- Built to load in under two seconds on a phone
- Click-to-call in the first screen, where a thumb lands
- Machine-readable underneath — hours, service area, prices
- The files are yours, on your own domain
The problem hunt
Where AI search cannot see you, and why.
ONCE · IN WRITING
- Baseline scan, dated, on your live site
- Every check you fail, ranked by what it costs you
- What an assistant actually reads on your page, quoted back
- Which competitor gets named instead of you, and on what basis
- A fix list you can hand to anyone — including someone who isn’t me
The consultation
The whole method, and where the risk sits inside it.
ONE CALL · NOTHING CHARGED UNTIL YOU SAY YES
- Exactly what I would do to your site, in order
- Which parts are safe for as long as the web exists
- Which parts work today and cost you later — and how much
- What happens to you specifically if the rules move
- You leave with the method written down, and it is yours to keep
The whole site
Design, the site itself, and the search work — whether you are starting from nothing or repairing what you have.
ONCE · NOT A RETAINER
- Design — drawn for your trade, phone first, words before layout
- The site — built from a blank file, or the holes patched in the one you already own
- Classic SEO — titles, headings, internal links, sitemap, speed
- AI visibility (GEO) — schema, real prices, hours, response times, ten answered questions, crawler access
- Every fix from the problem hunt, done rather than listed
- Re-scan the day it ships, side by side with the baseline
- 3 months of support and changes included
Every price above is a one-off, and every one of them is the full price. No founding rate, no launch discount, no countdown. The single recurring thing anywhere on this site is hosting and upkeep after a build — $100/mo, starting in month four, cancellable any month, with the site, domain and data staying yours whatever you decide. The same ladder, with the reasoning under it, is here.
Why the AI work costs less than the market charges monthly
Agencies in this category quote $3,000 to $12,000 a month, and plenty of them earn it — for brands with a PR budget and a content team. For a single-location contractor the arithmetic doesn't work, because the part that actually moves the number is finite.
I scanned 210 real contractor websites to find out which part. It turned out not to be technical: the weakest area was quotability, because 27.6% carried no price at all and 43.8% never stated a response time. Those are decisions about what to say — a week of work, not a subscription.
What genuinely is ongoing — collecting reviews, earning mentions on sites you don't own — is work you do, not work you buy. I'll show you exactly how, and then get out of the way rather than bill you monthly for watching.
Questions about money.
Answered before you ask.
Is there a monthly fee for anything?
One, and only after a build: $100/mo for hosting, security updates, backups, speed monitoring and small edits, starting in month four. Cancel any month — the site, domain and data are yours from day one regardless.
Nothing else on the list recurs. Half of what drives AI visibility is you collecting reviews and earning mentions on sites nobody controls, and billing monthly for something I can't control would be dishonest.
Why are there no discounts any more?
Because a price that moves depending on how quickly you decide isn't really a price. There used to be a founding rate here at half the standard number, and a countdown of spots next to it. Both are gone. What's left is one number per thing, the same number for everyone, whether you buy today or in March.
The only free item on the list is the conversation before any of it — and that one is genuinely free, not free-with-conditions.
What exactly do you guarantee?
On the build: your readiness score rises at least 20 points at the day-30 re-scan, or I keep working free until it does. Across 210 scanned sites these fixes moved a weak site by a median of 25 points, and 85% cleared 20 — so I'm promising the number I can back, with room to spare.
It applies to sites that come back below 70 on the baseline scan. That's not fine print to wriggle out of — it's arithmetic. A site already scoring in the eighties has fewer than twenty points left on the board, so promising twenty would be a lie. If your baseline lands at 70 or above I'll tell you before you pay, and point you at the one or two gaps actually worth closing.
What I don't guarantee, because nobody honestly can: a specific spot inside a ChatGPT answer. There's no placement to buy.
Do I need a new site if I only want the AI work?
No. The $2,000 problem hunt reads the site you already have, whatever it's built on, and hands you the fix list. You can act on it yourself, give it to whoever maintains your site, or come back to me. If your site is so slow or so thin that the fixes can't help, I'll tell you that instead of taking the money.
I already have a site. Do I pay the full $7,777 to fix it?
Only if repairing it turns out to be the bigger job. The $7,777 covers the site either way — built from a blank file, or patched where it's broken — and which of those costs less is a question I answer before you pay anything, not after.
If all you need is the diagnosis, that's the $2,000 problem hunt and it stops there. If your existing site is sound and only the search half is missing, say so and I'll price the smaller job instead of the bigger one.
