LANDINGPEAK

NO CALL · NO PROPOSAL · NO MEETING

The new first screen,
live on your site. $1,000.

You've seen the mockup — this is me putting it on your actual website, in three working days, and wiring the parts underneath it that decide whether a phone, a search engine or an assistant can use your page at all. About what one service call is worth to you.

PAID WHEN IT'S DONE AND MEASURED · NOT UP FRONT

WHY THIS EXISTS

Because $7,777 is a decision,
and this is a Tuesday.

I build whole websites and I do a full AI visibility engagement, and both of those are real decisions that involve thinking about it, talking to your partner, and a call with a man in the Netherlands you have never met. Fair enough.

This is the version you can just decide. One page, six specific things, three days, a number that either moves or you don't pay. If it goes well you'll know exactly what working with me is like before you consider spending real money — and if it doesn't, you're out nothing.

WHERE IT SITS

$0 A conversation. And the scan — seventeen checks, ten seconds, no signup. Run it.
$1,000 This page. A landing page built properly — live on your site, and yours. You are here.
$2,000 The problem hunt. Where AI search can't see you and why, in writing, on the site you already have. Details.
$7,777 The whole site. Design, the site itself — from scratch or the one you have repaired — and the search work, classic and AI, under one number. Details.

Every number above is the full price and the same for everyone. No discount, no founding rate, no countdownall of them on one page.

WHAT GETS DONE

One thing you can see.
Six you can't.

The part you're buying is the screen at the top of your website — the one a customer actually looks at, rebuilt with your photos, your words and your colours, and put live. Underneath it go six things nobody looks at and everything reads. Why those six.

THE PART YOU SEE

Your first screen, rebuilt and installed. What you offer, where you work, the phone, and one button — arranged so a homeowner deciding between three companies on a phone in a driveway stops on yours. Your brand, not a template: I don't invent a logo, I don't change your colours, I don't write in a voice that isn't yours.

And the part you don't:

  1. A number a machine can dial. Your phone wrapped so a tap on a phone starts the call, and readable to software that doesn't look at pictures.
  2. Hours in plain text, matching what Google already shows, including what happens after hours.
  3. A service area named as places, not as "the greater metro area" — so an assistant with a postcode can tell whether you cover it.
  4. Price ranges for your three most-asked jobs, written with the honest conditions attached. This is the one most sites refuse and the one that makes you quotable.
  5. LocalBusiness markup carrying all of it, so none of it has to be guessed.
  6. Crawler access checked — the AI crawlers let in, and the robots.txt rule that was quietly blocking one of them removed.

WHAT THIS IS NOT

Not a redesign — your site looks the same when I'm done, just readable. Not the whole site — one page. Not a guarantee that ChatGPT names you next week; nobody can sell that and I've written at length about why. And not a retainer: it happens once, and then it's finished.

HOW IT RUNS

Four emails, three days,
one invoice at the end.

  1. DAY 0

    You send the address

Reply to this page with your website. I run the seventeen checks and email you the baseline score with the date on it. If your score is already high enough that six fixes won't move it fifteen points, I say so here and we stop — no charge, and you've got a free audit out of it.

  2. DAY 0

    You answer four questions

Your hours. The towns you actually drive to. Rough ranges for three jobs. Who to send the changes to, or access if you'd rather I did it. Four answers, one email, no call.

  3. DAYS 1–3

    I do the six

Either straight on your site, or as a file your web person pastes in — your choice, and the second one costs the same. Nothing about how the page looks changes.

  4. DAY 3

    Re-scan, then the invoice

Same seventeen checks, same scanner, side by side with the baseline — run once the changes are actually live, because a file sitting in your inbox doesn't move anything. Score up fifteen or more, you get an invoice for $1,000. Under that, you get an apology and the work for free.

TO START

Send me the address. That's the whole commitment.

Nothing is owed until the work is done and the second scan is in your hands. If the baseline says you don't need this, I'll tell you before either of us spends time.

TWO FIELDS, NO CARD, NO ACCOUNT. THE REPLY COMES FROM A PERSON.
